Spectra Health is operated by Spectra Health LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide behavioral-health screening and billing decision-support software to healthcare practices. Contact: support@spectrahealth.co. Mailing address available on request.
Our security and privacy posture (plainly stated)
HIPAA / Business Associate
We operate as a Business Associate to the practices we serve and maintain a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Our production database runs on infrastructure covered by a signed BAA (Fly.io Managed Postgres); authentication is handled by a separate provider and holds no patient health data.
Encryption
Protected health information is encrypted at the field level (AES-256-GCM) at rest, and all traffic is served over HTTPS.
Data minimization
We do not require patient name, DOB, or SSN. See our Evidence & Methodology page.
No AI subprocessor
Spectra's scoring and note generation are deterministic; we do not send patient data to any LLM or generative-AI service.
